This patent provides an optimized densely woven metal wire mesh, specifically an optimized dense plain weave mesh weaving scheme with a precision of 30-34μm, high light transmittance, high strength and stability, moderate thickness for easy welding, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. It includes a stainless steel mesh body woven in a dense plain weave pattern, made of 2507 super duplex stainless steel. The weft wire diameter of the stainless steel mesh body is 0.043mm, the warp wire diameter is 0.125mm, and the thickness is 0.211mm. This invention optimizes the dense plain weave mesh, increasing the strength of the stainless steel wire by more than 20%, thus achieving a denser warp and weft arrangement structure and significantly improving corrosion resistance. The warp wire density of the finished woven mesh increases by more than 6%, effectively improving absolute filtration accuracy; the weft wire density also increases by more than 3.5%, and the sum of the weft wire diameters within a 50.8mm range increases by 14%, thereby locking the weft wires during the weaving process and making the finished mesh structure more stable.
