风电润滑油滤芯为双精度过滤，滤芯由精滤芯和安全滤芯两部分组成，当滤芯压差低于3.5bar时滤芯上单向阀关闭工作介质经精滤芯进入下一执行元件。当滤芯压差大于3.5bar时，滤芯单向阀打开，工作介质经安全滤芯过滤。无论何种情况，未经过滤的油液都不会进入齿轮箱各润滑部位。
