This series of filter elements have two-stage filtration with filtration ratings of 10μm and 50μm. When the differential pressure across the filter below 0.4 MPa, the bypass valve closed, the working fluid through the fine filter for high-efficiency purification. Once the differential pressure exceeds 0.4 MPa, the bypass valve opens automatically, and the working fluid is through the protective filter element for protective filtration. Under any operating condition, unfiltered oil is prevented from entering all lubrication system of the gearbox, ensuring reliable and stable long-term operation of wind turbine units.
